Q: What is thewaiting period for a technician after scheduling a service call?

A: We stride on providing a technician to your home or businesswithin 24 hours from the time you placed the service call. If yourequire rush service, we can have a technician at your home or businesswithin 2 hours for an additional charge of $10. To place a service call, please click HERE.

Q: How does your"If you can't fix it, I don't pay" guarantee work?

A: Theguarantee works in the following fashion. If a technician can notfigure out what is wrong with your PC, you will pay nothing for theservice call. This applies to both software and hardware issues. If thetechnician finds that a piece of  hardware  needs tobe replaced but you choose not to go ahead with the repair, you willstill be required to pay for 1 hour of service. In some cases, thetechnician might find that the system has hundreds of viruses and toomany of your files are corrupt and  the best course of actionwould be to reinstall your entire Operating System. If this isrequired, all your important files will be backed up and the operatingsystem will be reinstalled.

Q: What happens if I decide itwill cost too much to repair the PC?

A: If the techniciandiagnosis your PC and tells you the course of action needed to repairit and you feel the cost will be too high, you will only be required topay the initial diagnostics fee which will be 1 hour of service.

Q: How long does the average repair take?

A: We have compiled a list of different services and the amountof time it takes to complete. Please keep in mind, the speed of the PCplays a major role on the amount of time a particular task will take tocomplete. Click HERE fora comprehensive list of services.

Q: How long doyou guarantee the repair for?

A: We guarantee ourrepairs for 30 days. If within 30 days you experience the same problem, we come back to your homeor business at no additional charge.

Q: Do you offerany type of quarterly PC maintenance service?

A: Yes, we encourageour clients to keep their pc's maintained on a quarterly basis. Weprovide two type of service, Maintenance and PhysicalComputer Cleaning to keep your PC running smooth. Toschedule either a Tune-Up or Maintenance service call, please clickHEREor call us at (647) 262- 2979.
